Mandatory Equipment

• Liquid containers (bottle, bladder, etc.) with a minimum capacity of 0.75 liters(without a water container, you will not be able to receive water from the aid stations!)
• Mobile phone with a charged battery + STRONGLY RECOMMENDED additional charged battery or power bank (when using GPS or if you lose signal, the battery drains faster)
• Helmet
• Gloves
• Mountain bike (gravel bikes are prohibited)

Recommended Equipment:

• First aid kit (bandage, gauze, adhesive tape/tape, analgesic, antihistamine tablets, disinfectant)
• Whistle (for signaling in case of an emergency)
• Jacket (windproof, waterproof)
• Food with an energy value of at least 500 kcal
• Animal repellent spray or other protective means
• Insect repellent; sunscreen

Required equipment

• container(s) holding at least 0.5 litter of water – plastic bottle for running, water-skin or other (it is important to notice that without a water container the participant will not be able to receive any water at the control points!)
• Mobile phone with a fully charged battery – and (highly recommended) additional charged battery or power bank (using GPS or losing cover drains the battery power faster)

Recommended equipment:

• Whistle (to alert in case of an accident);
• survival blanket
• jacket (wind and water resistant)
• food with energy equivalent of at least 500 kcal
• a cup for water and other liquid (there will be no plastic cups at the aid stations)
• Baseball cap or other means of sun protection (note – the race starts at 7 a.m. and the sun might be strong during the noon hours);
• Polyester clothes, comfortable sports shoes for running – preferably with trail tread;
• Insect repellents, sunscreen cosmetics.

* After 30.06, no registrations will be accepted. On-site registrations will not be available (except for participation in the 3 km distance)

* Distance can be changed before payment is made.

* For all participants in all distances, the following will be provided: water, medical services, aid stations, electronic time tracking.

* All participants in distances 21, 42, 80, 100 km, and MTB 70 and 25 km will receive a gift - a unique iRun.bg / Tryavna Ultra T-shirt, specially branded for the event, and all finishers of these distances will receive a unique medal.
